Over the course of several months, a highly skilled and resourceful thief managed to carry out a series of thefts at multiple Target^® stores across Southern California. The stolen merchandise has an estimated value of nearly $39,000.

However, law enforcement authorities successfully apprehended the perpetrator, bringing an end to the thief’s spree.
