1. Lindsay Lohan

In 2011, Lohan was charged with felony grand theft for walking out of a boutique with a $2,500 necklace. She pleaded no contest to a lesser charge and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and community service, with her serving most of her sentence under house arrest.
2. Amanda Bynes
